Shipping Information
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders over ₹500. For orders below ₹500, a flat shipping charge of ₹50 applies.
Shipping Methods
- •Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days - Free on orders ₹500+
- •Express Shipping: 2-3 business days - ₹150 additional charge
- •Same Day Delivery: Available in select cities - ₹300 additional charge
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order status in real-time through our website or the shipping carrier's website.
Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
- ✓Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
- ✓Original receipt or order confirmation required
- ✓Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return
- ✓Items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return
How to Return
- Log into your account and go to "My Orders"
- Select the order you want to return
- Click "Return Item" and fill out the return form
- Print the return label and attach it to your package
- Drop off the package at the nearest shipping location
- Once received, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
Return Shipping
Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items. For other returns, return shipping charges may apply. We'll provide a prepaid return label for eligible returns.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Please note that shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
